What We Do
Pastors strengthening pastors through Scripture, encouragement, and relationship.
Pastors with Pastors comes alongside faithful pastors and church leaders serving rural communities across Ecuador. Every part of the ministry is designed to strengthen their existing pastoral work and the health of the local churches they serve.

Gospel-centered biblical training
Biblical training rooted in God's Word.
We provide Gospel-centered teaching that helps pastors grow in faithful interpretation and ministry. Training may address biblical exposition, hermeneutics, theology and doctrine, pastoral leadership, biblical counseling, apologetics and doctrinal discernment, discipleship, and the health of marriage and family in ministry.
The goal is not information for its own sake. The goal is biblical faithfulness that strengthens preaching, shepherding, discipleship, and the life of the local church.

Pastoral encouragement
Pastors need more than a classroom.
We make space for prayer, personal encouragement, mentoring, conversation, fellowship, and mutual learning. Home and church visits help us understand ministry in context and remind pastors that they do not have to carry every burden alone.
These relationships matter before, during, and after a training gathering.
Trusted ministry resources
Resources pastors can keep using.
We help provide Study Bibles and carefully selected Gospel-centered books for biblical interpretation, leadership, counseling, apologetics, discipleship, and pastoral family life.
Resources are not presented as charity trophies. They are ministry tools placed in the hands of pastors who will study, teach, counsel, disciple, and lead with them.

Training gatherings
Time set apart to learn, discuss, pray, and encourage one another.
Training gatherings bring pastors and church leaders together for concentrated biblical teaching and pastoral fellowship. Depending on the gathering, support may also include meals, materials, Bibles and books, lodging, or transportation-related help that makes participation more accessible.
We will not publish participant counts, trip totals, or resource-distribution statistics until they are documented and verified.

Pastoral and practical care
Care for the pastor, the family, and the real ministry context.
Pastoral care can include prayer with pastors and families, visits to homes and communities, personal encouragement, and practical support when a concrete need is identified. The purpose is never to display hardship. It is to care for fellow believers with discretion, dignity, and love.
Lasting partnerships
From one gathering to ongoing Gospel partnership.
We invite U.S. pastors, ministry leaders, and churches to teach, preach, listen, encourage, and learn alongside Ecuadorian pastors. We want relationships to become more durable than a single event and to grow into recurring pastor-to-pastor and church-to-church friendship.
