Join a training trip built around pastoral friendship.
We invite pastors and ministry leaders to serve alongside faithful pastors in Ecuador through biblical teaching, prayer, listening, encouragement, and shared ministry. Come prepared to contribute—and prepared to learn.
The goal is not a trip. The goal is partnership.
A training trip creates concentrated time for pastors to open Scripture together, discuss ministry, pray, share meals, visit churches and communities, and build relationships that can continue afterward.
We want visiting pastors to bring what God has taught them through years of local-church ministry while honoring the experience, faithfulness, and leadership of the pastors they meet in Ecuador.
Teach faithfully. Listen carefully. Learn humbly.
Pastors with Pastors is not religious tourism and it is not a platform for a visiting leader to become the center of the story. Participants should come ready to serve Scripture, encourage fellow pastors, ask good questions, receive hospitality with gratitude, and learn from brothers and sisters who are serving Christ in a different ministry context.
What a training trip may include.
- Teach or assist with Gospel-centered biblical training.
- Preach or participate in local-church ministry when invited.
- Pray with pastors, leaders, and families.
- Listen to pastors describe their churches, communities, challenges, and hopes.
- Share meals and fellowship.
- Visit churches, homes, or communities as appropriate.
- Help strengthen long-term relationships between pastors and churches.
Exact responsibilities will be defined for each trip based on local needs, the teaching plan, and the people participating.
Partnership changes the way we see ministry.
A visiting pastor should expect to encounter faithful ministry expressed in a different cultural and economic context. The trip is an opportunity to listen to local pastors, see the strengths and pressures of their ministry firsthand, and receive encouragement through the faith of fellow believers.
We come to strengthen others, and we expect God to use their faithfulness to strengthen us as well.

What would I teach?
Teaching assignments will be determined from the needs of the gathering, the approved training plan, and the experience of the pastors participating. No participant should assume a teaching role before that process is complete.
